定义和理解图模型结构做了很多工作。对图模型系统的处理可以在Whittaker(1990)1,Lauritzen(1996)2,Cox and Wermuth(1996)3,Edwards(2000)4,Pearl(2000)5,Anderson(2003)6,Jordan(2004)7,以及Koller and Friedman(2007)8中找到。Wasserman(2004)9给了简短的介绍，而且Bishop(2006)10的第8章给了更详细的概要。玻尔兹曼机在Ackley et al.
